Renanim Mall – Ra’anana

The mall owned by the JTLV Foundation, Phoenix, Menora, and partners is the largest and most diverse business center in the Sharon region. The mall is located in the heart of the Sharon area and serves a population of about half a million people. The mall's premises cover 42 dunams, with 180,000 square meters of built-up space, including 43,000 square meters of commercial space. Recently, a TAMA (National Outline Plan) was approved for an additional 73,000 square meters designated for commerce, employment, and housing. The mall brings together a unique and extensive variety of businesses, featuring a combination of leading local and global chains, alongside restaurants, cafes, and entertainment and leisure facilities. All of this, along with 2,300 free parking spaces, makes Renanim Mall one of the leading malls in Israel overall and in the Sharon region in particular. Recently, the mall underwent a comprehensive interior renovation to update public areas and align them with the most modern design trends in the world of malls in Israel and globally.
