Oref complex – Port of Haifa

The land on which the historical Industries Oil Refinery was established is an exceptional parcel, both in size and its strategic location, adjacent to the old Haifa port. The privatization process was completed in early 2023. Currently, the land hosts storage facilities, residences, and open spaces that are leased to various tenants.
