A wide-ranging commercial complex, spanning approximately 96 dunams, is planned for the southern industrial zone at the entrance to Ashdod, adjacent to the train station and the new transportation terminal in the city, near the BIG complex. The complex is expected to include the establishment of the fifth flagship store of IKEA in Israel, covering an area of 26,000 square meters. Additionally, the complex will feature commercial and home design areas, housing leading networks and brands, along with employment areas and a gas station.
