K”yh and Etz Hayim – Jerusalem

JTLV is initiating a magnificent complex in the Machane Yehuda Market in Jerusalem, the picturesque and most beautiful market in Israel, attracting over 2 million visitors annually. The project is designed by PEI-COBB FREED, an American architectural firm with a global reputation. It will include the renovation and preservation of the historic Beit Alliance building, transforming it into a luxury boutique hotel, along with high-quality commerce, restaurants, and cafes. In recent years, JTLV has been utilizing the historic Beit Alliance building, which had been abandoned for many years. The building was leased to the "Ruach Chadasha" association at no cost until the construction period of the Kiah complex, expected to commence in 2021. Additionally, beautiful residential and office towers and a massive underground parking lot will be built, serving the entire area. Within the Etz Hayim complex, the B.S.R. group has established a purchasing group for two luxury residential towers, with construction already underway. The new Kiah complex, the new jewel of Jerusalem's center, will bridge the past and the future while preserving the unique authenticity of Machane Yehuda and harmoniously integrating with the adjacent Etz Hayim complex.
